Disclosures you'll receive

For loans covered by the federal Truth in Lending Act, the lender must show you the APR, finance charge, amount financed and total of payments before you sign. Read these disclosures and the loan agreement carefully.

Late payments may result in fees and may be reported to the credit bureaus. Check each lender's terms.

Active-duty servicemembers

The Military Lending Act limits the cost of many loans to active-duty servicemembers and their dependents, including a 36% cap on the military annual percentage rate (MAPR). the Military Lending Act caps the MAPR at 36% and provides other protections for Covered Borrowers. Lenders in our network that extend consumer credit comply with the MLA for active-duty service members, their spouses and certain dependents
