These terms govern your use of tiltappusa.com and Tilt App's services. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

To submit a request, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and a resident of the United States. Additional requirements — such as minimum income, an active bank account or state residency — may apply and vary by lender

3. Our service

Tilt App is a loan-matching service, not a lender. We share requests with lenders in our network, who decide whether to make offers and set all loan terms. We do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, be approved or receive any particular rate, amount or term. Any loan you accept is an agreement between you and the lender.

4. Your information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update it if it changes. By submitting a request, you authorize us to share your information with lenders in our network and service providers as described in our privacy policy.

5. Communications

By submitting a loan request, you agree that TiltApp and the lenders and partners in our network may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide — including by call, text, email, autodialer or prerecorded message, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list — to discuss your request. Consent is not a condition of obtaining a loan, and message and data rates may apply

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information, or a request on behalf of another person without authorization
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the site's security or operation, or attempt to access it by automated means without permission
• Copy, scrape or redistribute site content without our written permission

7. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, graphics and logos, are owned by Tilt App or its licensors and are protected by law. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Tilt App is not affiliated with Tilt (tilt.com) or its operator.

8. Third-party sites and lenders

The site may link to third-party websites, and lenders may direct you to their own sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices. Review each lender's terms and privacy policy.

9. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. Content on the site is not financial, legal or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiltApp and its officers, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for the acts, offers or terms of any lender, arising from your use of this site

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold TiltApp, its officers, employees and partners harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of this site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right

12. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. There is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought as a class, collective or representative action. This section does not apply where prohibited by law

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of TiltApp’s state of organization, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
